This website is operated by YOUNG EXCELLENT CROSS BORDER SOLUTIONS LIMITED, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with its registered office at 8 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fimorena.
By visiting fimorena.com and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional terms and policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, please do not use this website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you are, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including their specifications, capacity, materials and performance. Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and may be revised without notice as designs are updated.
Product photography is representative. Colours may render differently from one screen to another, and packaging may vary between production batches.
Performance figures — brew times, number of brews per charge, grind capacity — are measured under typical domestic conditions. Your own results will vary with grind size, dose, water temperature, ambient temperature and battery age.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue any product, and to refuse any order at our discretion. All descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any import duty, VAT, GST or other charge levied by the destination country, which is the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.
Should a product be listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or systems error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
4. Safe use of our products
Our machines heat water and, in most models, run on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. Please read the manual that ships with your unit before first use. In particular:
- Never immerse the body of the machine in water or place it in a dishwasher.
- Charge only with a charger that meets the specification stated in the manual.
- Do not use a unit whose casing, cable or battery is visibly damaged, swollen or leaking.
- Keep out of reach of children during operation — surfaces and water are hot.
- Descale and clean as instructed; scale build-up is the most common cause of failure.
We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from use that departs from the manual.
5. Orders, returns and warranty
Our Return, Refund and Warranty Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these Terms. Every machine and grinder we sell carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects; the full terms and exclusions are set out in the Return, Refund and Warranty Policy.
6. Accuracy of your information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly so that we can complete your order and contact you. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the address supplied was wrong or incomplete.
7. Third-party links
Certain content and products available via the Service may include material from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content, and we do not warrant their materials. Please review their policies before transacting with them.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, photography, graphics, layout and the Fimorena name and logo — is our property or is used under licence, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.
Any third-party names or marks that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used, where they appear at all, for identification only.
9. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The Service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available" except where expressly warranted by us or by the law that applies where you live.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOUNG EXCELLENT CROSS BORDER SOLUTIONS LIMITED and its officers, employees and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Prohibited uses
In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or any code that will affect the functionality of the Service; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, crawl or scrape; or to interfere with the security features of the Service.
12. Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing to use our site. If in our sole judgement you fail to comply with any term of this agreement, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
14. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you habitually reside.

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or change any part of them by posting a revised version here. Your continued use of the site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of them.
