How quickly we reply
We answer every email within 2 business days. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a Hong Kong public holiday are answered on the next business day.
What to include
You will get a faster answer if your first email includes:
- Your order number (it begins with # and is in your confirmation email)
- The email address you used at checkout, if it differs from the one you are writing from
- A clear description of the problem — and for a fault, a photo or a short video showing it

- Order status, tracking, address changes: info@fimorena.com — address changes are only possible before dispatch.
- Returns and refunds: info@fimorena.com. Please do not send anything back before we confirm the return address; unannounced returns cannot be matched to an order. See our Return, Refund and Warranty Policy.
- Warranty claims: info@fimorena.com with your order number and evidence of the fault. Every machine and grinder carries a 12-month warranty from delivery.
- Product questions before you buy: info@fimorena.com. Tell us how you brew and we will tell you honestly whether a given model suits it.
- Privacy requests: info@fimorena.com, marked "Privacy request" in the subject line.
Where orders ship from
Orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. Import duty, VAT, GST or other charges levied by your destination country are not included in the price at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Our Shipping Policy sets out rates, delivery estimates and the lithium-battery restrictions that apply to battery-equipped machines.
Please do not send returns to the registered address above. It is a company registration address, not a returns depot — email us first and we will give you the correct return address for your order.
