They are indicative, not guaranteed.

Product safety

The appliances sold here heat water and, in most models, contain a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. They are intended for domestic use by adults, in accordance with the manual supplied with each unit. Do not immerse the body of a machine in water, do not place it in a dishwasher, do not charge it with a non-conforming charger, and do not continue to use a unit whose casing, cable or battery is damaged, swollen or leaking. We accept no liability for damage or injury arising from use that departs from the manual.

Batteries and electrical waste

Machines containing lithium-ion cells must not be disposed of with household waste. At the end of the product's life, please take it to a designated collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment or batteries in your area. Damaged or swollen batteries should be taken to a collection point without delay and must never be punctured, crushed or incinerated.

Consumer dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@fimorena.com. Most complaints are resolved quickly by email. We do not currently participate in any alternative dispute resolution scheme before a consumer arbitration board, but nothing in this notice affects your statutory rights or your right to bring a claim in your own courts.

This notice and the operation of this website are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection law of the country in which you habitually reside.
